Asahi Breweries Says to Buy Stake in Tsingtao Beer

Toyo, Jan 23 - Asahi Breweries Ltd, Japan's second-biggest beer maker, said on Friday it would buy a 19.99 percent stake in China's Tsingtao Brewery from Anheuser-Busch InBev NV for $667 million.
