4 June 2009 - Vietnam is the latest country having reacted to the cocaine in Red Bull drinks issue. This morning, the local branch of the energy drink maker stated that Red Bull made in Vietnam contains no cocaine.
"Red Bull produced in Vietnam does not contain cocaine and is absolutely safe for consumers", commented Chanachai Earsarkul, general director of Red Bull Vietnam Company.
Earsarkul stressed the fact that his company only produces Red Bull Energy Drink which is not made from coca leaves and thus cannot contain cocaine.
