Madrid, June 12 - Spanish food firm Natra announced late on Thursday it would issue shares worth 42.6 million euros ($59.78 million), doubling capital to service its debt and invest.
Natra, which primarily makes cocao and chocolate products, will issue 16.1 million shares at 2.65 euros each in the proportion of 2-for-1, boosting capital by 50 percent.
The issue will have an option for new shareholders if current shareholders do not cover the rights on offer, Natra said.
