In just two decades, Salmolux grew from a start-up gourmet seafood supplier to an international business. The company produces millions of pounds of salmon annually, utilizing a proprietary smoking process. Its products are based on traditional European methods in combination with fresh seafood of Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.

“The acquisition adds to our ability to directly source and produce the finest quality hot and cold smoked seafood products for our customers,” said Frank Dulcich, president and CEO of Pacific Seafood Group, “Like Salmolux we are a Pacific Northwest based business, and we welcome them to the Pacific Seafood family of companies.”

Salmolux operations will continue to be based from its Federal Way, Wash., location, and current management will continue to run the day-to-day operations of the business.
