Sapporo to Buy Pokka Stake from Advantage Partners

Tokyo, Sept 29 - Japanese brewery Sapporo Holdings Ltd said it would buy a 21.65 percent stake in unlisted beverage maker Pokka from private equity firm Advantage Partners and other investors.

Sapporo did not disclose how much it would pay for the stake.

The Nikkei business daily reported last month that Sapporo would buy a 20 percent stake in Pokka for nearly 10 billion yen ($111 million).
