    The invention relates to the food industry. The invention can be used for producing foods like raviolis or vareniks (raviolis hereafter). The aim of the inventions is to extend the list of semifinished food products with a high filling-to-pastry ratio and the range of taste, aroma and aftertaste thereof as well as the variety of "biteness" for an acceptable "fullness" perception. The other aims of the invention are the following: 1) mass production of the semifinished food products and 2) production of dietary raviolis with a required for a human being ratio of animal origin to vegetable components. For this purpose, the inventions disclose the production of semifinished food products, like raviolis, using different filling portions of different compositions. In other words, the essence of the invention consists in covering different portions of filling with a superfine pastry envelop, furthermore, the thus obtained product must be entirely accommodable in the user's mouth.
