20 October 2009 - Mane Argentina and Fritzsche announce integration partnership creating a new R&D and manufacturing platform by bringing synergistic flavor design and technological expertise.
Combining Fritzsche’s citrus expertise in beverage and confection applications with Mane’s regional capabilities and global reach allows the newly formed entity to quickly optimize flavor design to meet local customers’ preferences.
For time pressured companies, the depth and breadth of the resulting resources will ensure that flavoring solutions are developed with an intimate understanding of brands and consumers expectations towards optimal product performance and market pertinence.
Accessing growth opportunities while developing Fritzsche’s existing laboratories and pilot plant into a world class platform makes business sense, and our mutual investment strategy is aligned with the local market expectations. Argentina is also a strategic market to some global marketers and this step demonstrates our commitment to support them in sustaining their leadership, said Michel Mane, President of Mane Americas.
Vivian Glueck, president of Fritzsche SAICA added: We are proud to join the 50 year history and heritage of Fritzsche in Argentina, with the international development of marketing strengths of Mane.
