Minneapolis – Cargill will discuss the benefits of delivering health solutions in juice, particularly in the area of heart health, at the Product Innovation in Functional Drinks conference April 27 and 28 in London. In addition, Cargill will discuss the value ingredient branding brings to the communication of health benefits to consumers.
