The bid betters a 2.40 euros per share offer for Telepizza from Spain's Grupo Zena.

Spain's stock market regulator had previously disqualified a 2.25 euros per share offer from Ibersol because it was below the Zena offer, which valued Telepizza at around 640 million euros ($811.7 million).
