Zila Expands International Market of Ester-C(R) in Europe; Gee Lawson, Limited, Signs Distributor Agreement

Phoenix, May 26, 2006 - Zila, Inc.'s, wholly-owned subsidiary, Zila Nutraceuticals, Inc., has signed an agreement with Gee Lawson, Limited, to distribute its Ester-C advanced vitamin C ingredient throughout Europe. Gee Lawson had been representing Ester-C in the United Kingdom prior to expanding its geography to cover most of Europe. Zila also has a distribution agreement in place with Naturkost for the Scandinavian region.
