Dutch Trader Acomo Acquires TEFCO Food Ingredients

24 August 2006 - Dutch spice trader Amsterdam Commodities NV (Acomo) has completed the acquisition of local TEFCO Food Ingredients BV, a supplier of ingredients and raw materials for the food industry.

The acquisition by Acomo N.V., which has taken retrospective effect as of 1 January 2006, will help to ensure TEFCO’s continuity and contribute to its further growth and strength, the company announced in a statement.

TEFCO Food Ingredients B.V. will continue its operations autonomously from their existing location in Bodegraven under the name of TEFCO Food Ingredients B.V. with the same management and staff.
