12 September 2006 - In a statement made to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Mount Everest Mineral Water Ltd. denies the recent press and television coverage of an eventual takeover of their company by Dannon or Coca Cola.
The company announced that no takeover proposal has been received from either company, or from any other international brand.
