10 October 2006 - Kåkå, a leading Swedish bakery and café wholesaler, has acquired the baking wholesaler GL Johansson, the company announced in a statement.
The companies have previously worked together, added the announcement.
In 2005 GL Johansson’s turnover reached SEK 38 million (about 4 million euro). The wholesaler has a workforce of 11.
During the same year, Kåkå’s turnover amounted to SEK 800 million (about 86 million euro). The bakery company employs 117 people.
