Bulgaria: Bella Buys Pastry Production Lines from Olinezza

23 October 2006 - With a view to develop new pastry products for the Bulgarian market, Bella Bulgaria has acquired the production lines for puff pastry and pastry rolls belonging to sector company Olinezza.

Bella already owns three pastry brands, Bella, Familia and Trakiiski Kori, and has an 80% share of the local pastry rolls market and more than 95% of the puff pastry market, say Bulgarian press reports.

Bella, on its website, claims to be fastest developing company in the Bulgarian food industry. The company produces sausages, rolled pastry, puff pastry, and margerines.

Olinezza produces salads, mayonnaise, sauces and other food products.
