30 November 2006 - Belvédère has just acquired 2 new distributors, the companies ROKICKI and WAWRZYNIAK, in line with the group's strategy to become one of the main players in drinks distribution in Poland for traditional retailer networks (~80% of the total market in Poland).

These two companies, now 100% owned, should represent around €50 million in turnover and €1.7 million in EBITDA on a full year basis. They will be consolidated in Belvédère accounts from November 2006.

These transactions follow the acquisition in June of a large distributor, TMT Centrum. Going forward this sector will invoice around €100 million on a full year basis.
