Kuala Lumpur, Dec 15 - Malaysian rice importer Padiberas Nasional Bhd is unaware of any plan by shareholders to take the company private, it said on Friday.
The company was responding to a stock-exchange query about a recent newspaper report that a plan to privatise the company was nearing completion.
