Fort Lauderdale, FL, December 20, 2006 - Sunwin Stevia International Coporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunwin International Neutraceuticals, Inc., that is a leader in the production and distribution of Chinese herbs, veterinary medicines and one of the world's leading producers of all natural, zero calorie Stevia in China, applauded the findings of a World Health Organization (WHO) report which found "stevioside has shown some evidence of pharmacological effects in patients with hypertension or with type-2 diabetes."

Earlier in 2006, the WHO performed a thorough evaluation of recent experimental studies of stevioside and steviols conducted on animals and humans, and concluded that "stevioside and rebaudioside A are not genotoxic in vitro or in vivo and that the genotoxicity of steviol and some of its oxidative derivatives in vitro is not expressed in vivo."

"While the WHO concluded that further research is needed to fully assess the health benefits of Stevia, we are confident that in 2007, international research will continue to prove that Stevia is a safe and effective alternative to other sweetening agents," said Steven Silbert, Executive Vice President of Sunwin Stevia International Corporation.

"As Sunwin prepares for the U.S. launch of the Only Sweet™ line of products, we believe Stevia use in the U.S. and around the world will continue to grow in 2007 and beyond," Mr. Silbert added, "Only Sweet™ is an all-natural, zero-calorie dietary supplement containing Stevia manufactured by Sunwin International Neutraceuticals. In fact, the WHO report estimated significant Stevia intake in various nations around the world. In both Japan and China, for example, the demand for Stevia is estimated at approximately 200 tons per year."

Mr. Silbert concluded, "As sugar consumption in the U.S. rises, along with serious medical conditions such as diabetes and obesity, it is more important than ever for people to utilize healthful alternatives like Stevia." We believe our "Only Sweet™" line of products is positioned perfectly as the best choice for today's health conscious consumers. We use proprietary technology to process the seed of the Stevia rebaudiana plant that enables us to produce what we believe to be the highest grade Stevia in the industry. Management believes our "Only Sweet™" line of products is far superior in taste than any other Stevia product and provides benefits that exceed those of any other synthetic sweeteners on the market."
