Findus to Acquire Frozen Vegetables Producer in Norway

22 December 2006 - GRO Industrier, a Norwegian producer of frozen vegetables will be acquired by Foodvest's subsidiary company Findus AB.

The transaction, however, is still subject to approval by the Norwegian Competition Authority.

Gro Industrier is owned by Norway-based AL Gartnerhallen (25%) and Bama Gruppen (75%).
