22 December 2006 - Australian egg and snack products firm Farm Pride Foods Ltd has sold its Golden Days snacks operations to Manassen Foods Australia Pty Ltd for approximately AUD 3.2 million (about USD 2.5 million), report the Australian financial news wires.
The deal will allow Farm Pride to focus on its egg production and marketing.
The wires add that the funds received will be used towards working capital, debt reduction and further growth opportunities in the egg industry.
