Toronto, Jan. 17 - CoolBrands International Inc. is in advanced talks to sell most of its remaining assets to a unit of Nestle S.A., the Globe and Mail reported Wednesday, citing sources close to the Canadian company.
That deal and recent asset sales would leave the frozen-treats company a fraction of its former size.
Details of the proposed sale are still being worked out, the sources told the Globe and Mail.
