22 February 2007 - The Romanian business press reports that dairy company Transilvania Formaggi will invest 14.5 million euro in the construction of a new milk processing plant in Gherla, Cluj region.
The construction, which is expected to end late 2007, will be partly funded by the SAPARD programme (2 million euro). The company expects to process 100,000 litres of milk per day, add the reports.
Transilvania Formaggi is a company running on Romanian - Italian capital set up in early 2006 in Bistrita - Nasaud.
