Lactalis Considering Entering Croatian Market - Reports

1 March 2007 - The Croatian press reports that French dairy firm Lactalis will launch due diligence in leading Croatian food producer Dukat with a view to start a strategic partnership deal.

Dukat's main shareholder Luka Rajic said that he was weighing options concerning the possible partnership with Lactalis, add the press reports.

The two companies have agreed not to comment on the process in public.
