15 March 2007 - Refresco Holding B.V., a major European manufacturer of soft drinks, today announced the acquisition of Histogram Ltd, a UK soft drinks business based in Durham.
This is the first acquisition by Refresco in the United Kingdom and represents another exciting new growth market for the Refresco Group. This follows the recent acquisition by Refresco of Kentpol in Poland.
Commenting on the acquisition Mr. Hans Roelofs, CEO of Refresco said: “As part of Refresco’s overall buy and build growth strategy, this deal represents another significant step forward for the company. Histogram has a long and successful track record as a specialist manufacturer of juice and juice drinks and will provide with a platform for growth in the UK market.
