26 March 2007 - Freedom Nutritional Products Limited announced that its subsidiary Freedom Foods Pty Ltd (Freedom Foods) has entered into an agreement to acquire the biscuit manufacturing assets previously operated by Cookie Man Pty Ltd based in Sydney.
The transaction is subject to finalisation of certain conditions precedent with a proposed completion date of May 15, 2007.
