Cariel Soft Drinks is currently the largest Ben Shaws distributor, with a turnover in excess of £1.7m. This acquisition represents another major development in the strategic growth plans of Cabana Soft Drinks, giving the business a much stronger presence in Scotland.

Commenting on the acquisition, Cabana Managing Director, Nigel Follos said:

"This is exciting news for both the Group and Cabana Soft Drinks. Scotland represents an important territory for Cabana and, together with our existing depot in Glasgow, this acquisition will cement our position as the UK's third major player in post mix dispense.
