USA: Seneca Foods to Acquire Some Tastee Apple Brands

11 April 2007 - New York State based Seneca Foods Corporation is planning to acquire some parts of Ohio-based Tastee Apple Inc. in May 2007 for an undisclosed sum, reports the local media.

Tastee Apple is manufacturer of Tastee apple chips, potato and sweet potato chips, caramel and candy apples, and pasteurized apple cider.

Seneca Foods Corporation is a food processor headquartered in Marion, NY, USA. The company produces and distributes canned vegetables. Seneca also produces frozen vegetables, fruit and chip products, as well as steel cans.
