Also based in Milan, HP Botanicals is specialized in the formulation and sales of plant extracts for the nutraceutical industry.

Naturex and HP Botanicals have complementary strengths: the international dimension of Naturex on the one hand, and on the other, HP Botanicals’ local expertise in the Italian nutraceutical market.

Jacques Dikansky, President and C.E.O of Naturex declared, “The combination of both companies will enable us to be closer to our current Italian clients and to expand into this market, strategic at the European level." Moreover, a high degree of synergy exists between the companies, in particular, with the merge of their longstanding experience and know-how in formulation. Alfredo Fachini, Managing Director of HP Botanicals declared, “Becoming part of the Naturex Group allows HP botanicals to become a very strong supplier for the nutraceutical Italian Market.”
