The ARDO GROUP takes over FINDUS SA (Spain)

29 July 2005 - On July 7th , the ARDO GROUP signed a takeover deal for the Spanish division of FINDUS SA with factories in Badajoz and Marcilla, and headquarters in Pamplona.

This takeover covers all the Spanish activities of Findus SA that will be integrated into Ardo’s European organisation. The FINDUS brand will be retained and expanded in Spain and Portugal by ARDO.

This agreement adds to Ardo’s portfolio and will strengthen both its Spanish and its European market positions in the frozen vegetable sector.
