5 July 2007 - We are pleased to announce that Greenvale AP Ltd has been successful in acquiring 100% of the share capital of Swancote Foods Ltd, a highly respected potato processing business based in the West Midlands.

Daily News Alerts

With an existing reputation for high quality potato processing, supplying the convenience, ready meal and food ingredient markets, Swancote Foods has developed a strategy to secure its place as a leading player in the processing sector.

The business will continue to trade under the Swancote Food name with the existing management team continuing to run the business.

This is a very positive and exciting move that is entirely complimentary to both businesses.  The benefits of such an acquisition flow in both directions and it is our firm belief that both businesses will be in a stronger position to meet the future challenges of the industry.
