Bonduelle Acquires Remaining 77% of Canada's Aliments Carriere

16 July 2007 - French vegetable firm Bonduelle has announced it has increased its stake in Aliments Carriere, Canada's leading Canadian frozen and conserved vegetables supplier, to 100% from 23%. It gave no financial details of the deal.

Bonduelle acquired the initial 23% stake in June 2006.

The purchase of the remaining 77% will be financed from debt, Bonduelle said in a statement.
