Shanghai, July 23 - Coca-Cola Co. (KO) plans to build an $80 million complex in Shanghai to house its China headquarters and a global innovation and technology center, the company said in a statement.
Coca-Cola last week also began construction of a CNY100 million joint-venture bottling plant in Jiangxi province, its 36th in China.
Coca-Cola has invested more than $1.3 billion in China.
